What It Covers
Workmanship and installation performed by Northern Lakes Contractors for ten years from project completion. Verified issues caused directly by improper covered workmanship are repaired at no labor cost.
What It Does Not Cover
Normal wear, manufacturer defects, water or drainage issues, flooding, rot, mold, insects, settling, soil movement, severe weather, acts of nature, lack of maintenance, misuse, or third-party damage.
Covered Scope
Coverage applies only to work included in the approved estimate, contract, or change order. Manufacturer warranties remain separate.
Customer Responsibility
Completed work must be properly maintained and potential warranty issues must be reported within a reasonable time so the affected area can be inspected.

Covered completed projects include our complimentary 10-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty at a cost of $0.00, subject to the stated terms and exclusions.
What is required to get on the schedule?
A 50% deposit is required to secure scheduling and begin the project unless different written terms are included in your approved agreement.
Do you offer emergency repairs?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency service for qualifying urgent property repair needs.
